Pursuant to the issuing of the technical specifications manual set forth by the Architectural and Interior Design Project, Tradex Hospitality will prepare an itemized estimated budget for all FF&E and OS&E requirements. Each budget will include the following information:

	Item Description Accurate and detailed with all its constructive and architectural features
	Item Quantity and Functional Location Quantity for each product and its physical location within the property.
	Unit prices and totals by product and area location
	Product and Area Location codification
	Specification and/or Constructive details for each item. Manufacturing and architectural or engineering finishing processes for each item.
	Weights and Volumes for shipping purposes

This information will enable us to determine manufacturing product prices, inland freights, consolidation points and international freight rates to final destinations.
